The quality of the bag is beautiful. All features are exactly as described. It’s the perfect size for when I need to carry around a laptop (for school, traveling, etc) and leaves enough room for all my other items plus extra space! My only complaint is that the bag took 3 weeks to arrive and I had selected standard shipping thinking it would arrive within 5-7 business days. However, customer service was super responsive when I contacted them, and explained that the bag had to be shipped from Italy. Worth the wait!
