Returns

Our company accepts Free returns within 14 days of delivery.  If you change your mind or select the wrong size, you will be charged a return shipping fee and must only ship via UPS, DHL or FedEx.  If you want to return an order because we sent in the wrong size, another item, or the item is damaged, which you must confirm with the photo and the date of purchase, our company Image Fashion Style will pay for the return shipping.  In this case, you can email us within 14 days and we will provide you with a return label so that the defective item can be sent back to us.  Returns that are shipped after 14 days will be refused and sent back to the buyer.  A fixed customs duty of $ 35 will be deducted from the refund amount.  No other customs fees will be charged.  All returns must be in original condition, with original tags, boxes, dust bag.  We may refuse returns if the item is worn out or used, with a characteristic odor.  In this case, the item will be sent to the buyer and the shipping costs will be invoiced.  Any refunds agreed to by us will be processed via PayPal or bank transfer within 5 business days of the receipt and approval of the return.
